Having internship program in Alnemar is an extraordinary experience. I was involved in crew change activities that is fresh knowledge from me, from crew recruitment processes until crew on board, every step provided new insights into how this industry operates.

I am very happy to be in this positive environment because here we support each other and learn together. One of the memorable job desks for me is updating crew database in system, so all crew members can view and check the validity of certificates, contract duration, and even salaries in real time.
From this internship, I have gained many valuable lessons. Firstly, the importance of precision in every crew selection process, as small errors can have significant impacts on ship operations.
Secondly, the importance of good team collaboration between manning agency, port agency and Captain on board.
Furthermore, this internship has also taught me about the importance of flexibility and adaptation to change. in how the maritime industry often faces unforeseen challenges, and the ability to adapt is key to success in daily operations.
